Immerse yourselves in this 3 hour gin masterclass, crafting and distilling your very own gin recipe, learning all about gin and tasting our signature spirits whilst enjoying cocktails and charcuterie. This unique and unforgettable evening will be truly special for any couple.

Starting with a G&T on arrival, our master distillers will teach you all about gin making, you’ll get to taste some of our award-winning house spirits before getting stuck in to design your own recipe with your partner. You’ll have a wide range of botanicals to choose from and our distillers will be on hand to help you build your bespoke flavour profile. You’ll then get to measure out the ingredients and start your very own distillation. Once your gin is underway, you’ll get to tuck into some delicious charcuterie, another couple of cocktails and you’ll get a lesson on London’s dark gin history.
Once your distillation is complete, your gin will be bottled for you then you’ll be able to wax seal it and add your own personalised message. Your final drink will be with your very own gin, where you’ll get to choose the perfect mixer and enjoy. When the session is over, you’ll get a goodie bag to take home and each couple will walk away with 2 x 700ml bottles of their unique gin (one per person).

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do – from the solar panels that power our stills to our bottle labels made from discarded grape skins.

Participants must be aged 18 or over. Challenge 25 policy is in place. The venue has wheelchair access. Please let us know in advance if you require any special assistance. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary. Please allow 3 hours for the full experience. Let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Don’t like tonic? No problem, we have plenty of alternative mixers. Water is available throughout.
