COURSE OVERVIEW:

- Understand the common equipment and principles involved in the storage and service of spirits.
ASSESSMENT:
- The final assessment for this course is a 45-minute closed-book exam consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions.
- This qualification is regulated by Ofqual.
COURSE PREREQUISITES:
- No formal entry requirements, but all attendees must be over the age of 18 and have a good level of verbal and written English.
