A long and refreshing spin on a Salty Dog gin cocktail recipe, with pink grapefruit and rosemary.

- 45ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin
- 25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Rosemary Sugar Syrup
- Top with soda
- Rosemary salt (to garnish)

Method
Add all of the ingredients except for the soda to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard until chilled. Rim your glass with rosemary salt then fill with ice, strain in your cocktail and top with soda.
