Choosing to have your martini wet or dry isn't actually about the style of vermouth, it's about how much vermouth you're adding.

The 'wetter' the martini, the more vermouth it has (this also lowers the ABV of the drink). A 'bone dry' martini will have little to no vermouth at all.

We don't make a dry vermouth (yet) so we've curated a selection of our favourite dry vermouths that complement our spirits.

Our demi-sweet vermouth is made using repurposed excess wine and hand-picked botanicals. We love it 50/50 with vodka.

Dirty your martini by adding brine to give that extra layer of umami stank. More brine = more dirty.
