All of our orders are packed and shipped directly from the distillery. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to be packed and sent. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days of placing an order, please contact us at shop@58andco.com.

Orders placed on our website can be collected for free directly from the distillery. You will be contacted to notify you when your order is ready to collect. We cannot hold orders longer than 2 weeks. Orders to be collected from 58 and CO, 329 Acton Mews, London, E8 4ED.

We can only ship to mainland UK at this time. Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 working days using UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of £5.60 applies to orders under £50. Orders over £50 will qualify for free UK shipping.

We cannot ship orders outside of mainland UK at this time.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a fault with your product or in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way. If this is the case, you need to email us  at shop@58andco.com within 3 working days of your order arriving. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

Return postage or shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will refund the purchase including the original shipping cost within 14 days of you returning the goods, to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.

We cannot provide refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.

We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if you have provided incorrect information when ordering.

We no longer send out physical gift vouchers but you will receive a confirmation email following your purchase with the voucher code. If you would like a PDF Gift Voucher to be emailed to you, please make a note on your order at checkout or email us bookings@58andco.com with your order number and we will create one for you. PDF Gift Vouchers are manually generated therefore please allow up to 3 working days for us to send one out to you.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gin Tasting or Gin School School Experiences must be booked and taken prior to the voucher expiring. The validation period cannot be extended beyond 12 months.

Gift Vouchers can be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date and only if the voucher has not been redeemed. Please email shop@58andco.com for more information.
