What is a B Corp?

B Lab are a non-profit organisation dedicated to transforming the global economy to benefit people, communities and the planet.

When we joined in December 2019, there were just a few hundred brands in the collective. Now there is a global network of over 8,000 companies and counting.

B Lab's standards are at the heart of the movement. We're assessed across 5 key areas to measure our social and environmental impact.

The impact on the communities in which we operate, hire from, and source from. Topics include diversity, equity & inclusion, economic impact, civic engagement, charitable giving, and supply chain management.

Our overall environmental management practices such as impact on the air, climate, water, land, and biodiversity. Both the direct impact of our operations and of our supply chain and distribution channels.

Our overall mission, engagement around social/environmental impact, ethics, and transparency.
