- To carry out 58 and CO’s obligations arising from any contracts entered into between 58 and CO and you, for example to create and operate your 58 and CO account, to process and deliver any orders you place (including payment), and to confirm and keep you up to date with such orders. It does this on the basis that it is necessary in order to perform its contract with you.
- To enhance your experience of the 58 and CO website. It does this as it is in its legitimate interest to ensure that you receive the best experience possible when you shop with 58 and CO.
- To respond to your queries, including any queries about 58 and CO’s products and experiences.
- Any other purposes where 58 and CO has obtained your consent to do so.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
