Made using a blend of sake Kasu, repurposed from various productions of KANPAI’s sake brewing across the 2020/21 brewing season.
Deep, savoury and umami with notes of meaty mushroom, brown rice and nutty richness.

Made using repurposed sake Kasu from the production of KANPAI’s ultra-premium TORI 'Bird' Junmai Daiginjo Sake.
Bright, light and tropical with notes of fresh pineapple, malty biscuit and pear drops.
