A festive twist on a classic bramble cocktail recipe, using Sloe Gin.

- 35ml 58 and CO Apple & Hibiscus Pink Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 30ml 58 and CO Double Sloe Gin

Method
Add the Apple & Hibiscus Pink Gin, lemon and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard. Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice then drizzle over the Sloe Gin. Garnish with a blackberry and a very light dusting of icing sugar for a Christmassy look!
