- 25ml 58 and CO Navy Strength Gin
- 20ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 10ml Blackberry Syrup
- Crémant de Loire Sparkling Wine

Method
FOR THE SYRUP
Muddle 10 blackberries with 100g of sugar, add 100ml boiling water and simmer in a pan on low heat for 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain into a bottle.
FOR THE COCKTAIL
Add the gin, blackberry syrup and grapefruit juice to a Boston shaker with ice, shake briefly then double strain into a flute. Top with Crémant.
