KANPAI
The pioneers of British sake, KANPAI is the UK's first sake brewery. Founded by Tom and his wife, Lucy, they craft award-winning modern British sake, using traditional Japanese ingredients and techniques.
KANPAI is experimental at heart and ongoing exploration forms a huge part of their motivation to brew sake, launching one-off limited edition and seasonal styles, alongside their core range sakes.
