6. Your friend will click the link to shop, and the discount will automatically be added to their cart.

7. Once they have made a purchase, you will receive an email with your unique promo code.

Go to the website and click on the main menu.

Once logged in, you’ll see all of your latest orders. Click on any order to open the order page.
On the order page, you’ll find a box containing your unique referral link.
Copy your referral link and share it with your friends however you like — via WhatsApp, email, text message, or social media.
When your friend clicks your referral link, their unique referral code will automatically be added to their basket.
Once they complete their purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your unique redemption code.
Use your redemption code on your next order to claim your reward.

Referral and redemption codes are valid for 60 days from the date they are created.
Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
Referral rewards are valid on product purchases only and cannot be used on experiences or vouchers.
Referral codes are only generated for existing customers who have previously made a purchase.
Referral rewards will only be issued for completed purchases that are not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
Self-referrals are not permitted. Customers may not use their own referral link or create multiple accounts to obtain rewards.
Only one referral or redemption code may be used per order.
Referral codes and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products or services.
Referral discounts may exclude selected products, subscriptions, shipping charges, sale items, or promotional items.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim referral rewards where fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse, or suspicious behaviour is suspected.

We are not responsible for technical issues, system failures, delays, or referral tracking errors that may affect participation in the referral programme.
