Inspired by Italy, with a British twist
A Negroni is one of our all-time favourite cocktails, so we wanted to create our own with a character that's distinctly 58 and CO. To work alongside our signature Gin, we created our own British versions of Red Bitter and Vermouth.
The result is a Negroni that's more approachable, smooth and easy drinking, while still delivering the depth, complexity and bittersweet character you'd expect from the classic cocktail.
Gin
The botanical backbone of your negroni. Our London Dry Gin will gives citrus and spice because of the Egyptian Lemon and Cubeb Pepper in its botanical build.
Red Bitter
Full of sweet orange and woody herbs, our Red Bitter is made with plenty of dried fruits, balancing the harshness of the bitter botanicals.
Vermouth
We use our Bianco Vermouth, rather than a traditional Rosso. It delivers sweetness but with a fresher tone from the apples and vanilla notes.
