Our Negroni Cocktail Bundle brings together three British-made ingredients, carefully selected to create a lighter, more approachable take on the traditional Negroni without compromising on flavour.

• 1 x 58 and CO House Pour Gin (37.5% ABV | 70cl)
  A balanced, botanical gin with a lighter ABV that’s gentle on the palate without being light on flavour. Its fresh, aromatic character provides the perfect foundation for a more refreshing Negroni.
  
  
• 1 x 58 and CO British Bianco Vermouth (20% ABV | 70cl)
  Instead of a traditional red vermouth, our Bianco Vermouth brings natural sweetness alongside fresh apple and soft vanilla notes. The result is a rounded, aromatic sweetness that adds depth without becoming cloying.
  
  
• 1 x 58 and CO British Red Bitter (29% ABV | 70cl)
  Our Red Bitter delivers the classic bittersweet character you expect from a Negroni, with a smoother, more approachable bitterness that lets the other flavours shine.
  

A smoother take on the classic Negroni

The traditional Negroni is known for its bold, bitter and spirit-forward profile. Our ingredients create something a little more accessible: balanced botanical gin, softly sweet Bianco Vermouth and rounded British bitter, coming together for a cocktail that's complex enough to savour but smooth enough to enjoy.

The fresh apple, vanilla and botanical notes add layers of flavour, while the gentler bitterness keeps the finish pleasantly bittersweet rather than harsh.

How to make a Negroni

For a classic 1:1:1 Negroni, combine:

30ml House Pour Gin + 30ml British Bianco Vermouth + 30ml British Red Bitter

Stir with ice until chilled, then strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Makes approximately 23 Negronis using 30ml of each ingredient.
