- 35ml 58 and CO Apple & Hibiscus Gin
- 20ml 58 and CO British Bianco Vermouth
- 10ml Manzana Verde (Green Apple Liqueur)
- 5ml Beesou Honey Aperitif
- Lemon peel and slice of apple (to garnish)

Method
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold. Fill a rocks glass with ice and strain your cocktail in. Rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass then drop in with the slice of apple to garnish. Enjoy!
