- 35ml 58 and CO Apple & Hibiscus Gin
- 15ml Amaretto
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Cherry syrup
- 3/4 pipette Miracle foamer or 1 egg white
- Maraschino Cherry to garnish

Method
Add all of the ingredients to a cocktail with ice and shake hard until ice cold (wet shake). Strain out the ice and then shake again to build the foam (dry shake). Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and finish with a maraschino cherry.
