A light and refreshing gin cocktail spritz, made with bergamot liqueur.

- 50ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin
- 20ml Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto (bergamot liqueur)
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Honey syrup
- Top with soda
- Lemon peel (to garnish)

Method
Add all of the ingredients except for the soda to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard until chilled. Fill a tumbler glass with crushed ice and strain your cocktail in. Top with soda, stir and garnish with a lemon peel.
