This ultimate Bloody Mary cocktail recipe is a proper filthy brunch treat, made using Olive Oil Vodka! Complete with burger slider, bacon, olives and pickles.
Ingredients

- 50ml 58 and CO Olive Oil Vodka
- 10ml Pickle Juice
- Tomato juice
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
- Tabasco (to taste)
Garnish
- Chilli salt rim
- Celery stick, lemon wedge, olives, pickles
- Burger slider & crispy bacon (optional)

Method
For the burger slider and bacon:
- Divide a quarter pounder burger into 4 small patties and place in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, turning and adding a small piece of cheese half way through.
- Add some smoked streaky bacon into the air fryer with it until crispy.
For the Bloody Mary:
- While your sliders are in the air fryer, build your Bloody Mary.
- Rim your glass with the lemon wedge and dip into the chilli salt.
- Add all of your ingredients to a highball glass with ice and stir well.
- Garnish as elaborately as you'd like with celery, bacon, lemon wedge, olives, pickles and burger slider.
