A dirty shake up on a classic Negroni, made with Olive Oil Vodka and olive brine.

- 30ml Olive Oil Vodka
- 20ml British Red Bitter
- 20ml British Bianco Vermouth
- 15ml Spicy Olive Brine
- 3 spicy olives (to garnish)
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil (to garnish)

Method
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add all of your ingredient. Stir down until ice cold. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice, drizzle a bit of olive oil then garnish with your olives. Cheers!
