- 30ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin
- 30ml 58 and CO British Red Bitter
- 6 White grapes, muddles
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 25ml fresh lemon juice

Method
- Add grapes to the shaker and muddle until they're crushed.
- Add the lemon juice, sugar syrup, gin and bitter to the shaker, fill with ice and shake short and hard.
- Add fresh ice to a rocks glass/tumbler and fine strain over your cocktail.
- Garnish with 3 white grapes on a skewer.
