Beautifully bold and fresh, the Gimlet dates back to the 19th Century where it was introduced to the British Royal Navy as a solution to scurvy. Sailors would add lime juice to their daily rations of gin, giving them their vitamin C. Learn more about the history of Navy Strength Gin here.
