This Olive Oil Martini cocktail recipe is the cleanest dirty martini you'll ever taste!
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 60ml 58 and CO Olive Oil Vodka
- 5ml Dry Vermouth
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Nocerella Olive (to garnish)

Martini (frozen)
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until ice cold. Take your martini glass out of the freezer and strain your cocktail. Drizzle a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on top and garnish with a Nocerella olive. Serve immediately.
