These strawberry vodka jelly shots combine the sweet, fruity flavour of strawberries with the smooth kick of vodka and a decadent chocolate drizzle. Perfect for date night, Galentine’s, Valentine's or any celebration that calls for a little indulgence.
Ingredients
Makes approx 30 kisses
- 125ml 58 and CO Triple Distilled Vodka
- 68g Strawberry jelly cubes
- 145ml boiling water
- A punnet of fresh strawberries, halved
- Dark chocolate, melted

Prepare the strawberries: Slice strawberries in half and carefully scoop out the middle to create tiny ‘bowls’. Be cautious not to poke through the bottom to prevent jelly leaks. Place the strawberries on an ice tray or mould for stability.

Make the jelly mix: Add the strawberry jelly cubes to a jug with boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Pour in the vodka and mix gently.

Fill the strawberry bowls: Spoon the jelly and vodka mixture into each strawberry half. Refrigerate for about an hour or until fully set.

Chocolate drizzle: While the jellies are setting, melt dark chocolate using a bain-marie or microwave. Whisk to a smooth consistency for easy drizzling.

Decorate: Once the jelly has set, place strawberries on greaseproof paper and drizzle chocolate over the tops. Chill briefly to let the chocolate harden.
