Decanting & fortifying
We decanted hundreds of boxes of wine and stabilised it by fortifying it with our triple-distilled British vodka.
Home-grown botanicals
We grew and harvested Lemon Verbena in the botanical garden of our East London distillery.
Maceration & distillation
Each botanical was individually macerated or vacuum distilled before being blending into the final product.
