A light, refreshing and floral spritz, perfect for Spring and lazy Summer days.
Ingredients

- 35ml 58 and CO Apple & Hibiscus Gin
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 75ml Prosecco
- 25ml Soda
- Drizzle Hibiscus Syrup*
*Hibiscus flowers in syrup are available online, or you can add equal parts dried hibiscus, sugar and water to a pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes to create a syrup.

Method
Fill a spritz glass or large wine glass with ice. Add your gin, elderflower liqueur, prosecco and top with soda. Gently stir then drizzle a teaspoon of hibiscus syrup on top. Garnish with a hibiscus flower and/or slice of apple.
