Easter Weekend Update

We will be closed Friday 18th - Monday 21st April for the Bank Holiday.

As all orders are packed and shipped from the distillery, orders placed between these times won't be processed until we return on Tuesday 22nd April.

Order by 9am on Thursday 17th to be processed and shipped before the weekend.

Dirty Martini Spritz Cocktail Recipe

Dirty Martini Spritz

Do you like it long and dirty? This savoury and refreshing cocktail recipe is a spin on a classic dirty martini.

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 45ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin 
  • 20ml Dry Vermouth 
  • 15ml Amontillado Sherry
  • 15ml Olive Brine
  • Top with Indian tonic
  • Feta stuffed olives and a rosemary sprig to garnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice, add all ingredients and top with tonic. Garnish with feta stuffed olives and a sprig of rosemary.
