- 45ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin
- 20ml Dry Vermouth
- 15ml Amontillado Sherry
- 15ml Olive Brine
- Top with Indian tonic
- Feta stuffed olives and a rosemary sprig to garnish

Fill a highball glass with ice, add all ingredients and top with tonic. Garnish with feta stuffed olives and a sprig of rosemary.
