- 45ml 58 and CO London Dry Gin or House Pour Gin
- 20ml 58 and CO Bianco Vermouth
- 15ml Amontillado Sherry
- 15ml Olive Brine
- Top with Indian tonic
- Feta stuffed olives and a rosemary sprig to garnish
