A lighter martini that tastes like a sip of the Mediterranean coast, with Olive Oil Vodka, Limoncello and a pinch of salt.

12.5ml Limoncello (store bought or make your own)

12.5ml Giffard Poire Liqueur (an any pear liqueur)
- A pinch of good sea salt, like Maldon or Cornish
- Le Tribute Tonic Water (or any good Indian Tonic)

Method
FOR THE COCKTAIL:
- Add the Limoncello, Pear Liqueur, Olive Oil Vodka, and salt to a stirring tin.
- Fill the tin generously with ice.
- Stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and a light frost forms on the outside of the tin.
- Single strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe.
- Gently top with tonic water.
- Express the oils from a lemon coin over the drink, then place the coin on top.
- Serve immediately.
