An undeniably umami, bold and nutty martini.

- 60ml
Shōchū
Kasu 2021 - 10ml Dry Vermouth
- 5ml diluted miso paste*
- Toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil to garnish
*white miso paste thinned 50/50 with hot water

Method
Paint on a small amount of miso paste onto the glass and dip into the toasted sesame seeds.
Fill a cocktail mixer with ice. Add all ingredients and stir down until ice cold. Double strain into martini glass and add a few drops of sesame oil on top.
